Potty Training Success
I am still in shock at how it has just totally “clicked” for Anna in the past couple of weeks. She’s been in big girl underpants 100% during the day for almost 2 weeks now. She does wear a pull-up at night because she’s not consistently staying dry during the night, but I honestly don’t expect her to, nor am I too worried about it right now. But she has only had ONE accident in 2 weeks and that was because I didn’t hear her yelling for me from her room when she was supposed to be napping. She was yelling that she had to poop and couldn’t hold it all in. It was only a teenie tiny accident and she did the rest in the toilet when I got there.
Anyway, I’m just so surprised how all of a sudden she just got it. I think it’s safe to say she’s 99% potty trained during the day. It’s SO NICE only using a single diaper each day, and she’s even gone a few nights completely dry so I’ve gotten to re-use those. I’m just so completely proud of her.
